Or at least, Dmitry thinks he's caught up with The Butcher of the Kirvan Mountains, as Desmarais is known. All Dmitry has to go on is intelligence from a contact that Desmarais will be meeting someone at a particularly seedy bar in the Lowtown section of the city of Callarion. If the intel is correct, then Dmitry can put into action the revenge he's been plotting ever since his wife's death.
